If you have ever felt unsure, or unheard, after a tattoo appointment, then Tania might be the one to help you. With a natural knack for drawing many kinds of art/tattoo styles, and for understanding exactly how to interpret clients’ ideas and emotional reasoning, Tania has always done a lot coverups, from her first year of tattooing now to her thirteenth.

In 2023, Tania (having now established her main art style, the aquatic-themed, tropical coloured Smoking Mermaid Tattoo) realized there was a great underserved need for tattoo artists who were willing to cover, fix, and refresh people’s old tattoos. From there, came the website Tania Coverup Tattoo, where people who had a hard time finding a coverup artist could have their piece evaluated by an experienced artist who could give a caring, honest opinion, and many ideas about how to make an old tattoo better.

26/02/10: Tania Coverup Tattoo will soon become Tania Coverup Tattoo and Laser, Inc.! We are adding full-colour, full-spectrum, picosecond laser tattoo removal to our in-house services, beginning April 2026. Exciting! This will makes Tania Coverup Tattoo the only specialized coverup tattoo artist in Canada offering laser removal as a package treatment.
